  • Customized orders (like nameplates) are processed within 7–15 days.

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted through secure gateways. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Personalized/custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If production hasn’t started, the paid amount may be offered as store credit.

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items, if reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, designs, images, and product descriptions — belongs to Happyeveryday. You may not reuse or reproduce anything without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Happyeveryday is not responsible for any indirect or accidental damages caused by the use or misuse of our website or products.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
