Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹1000 (after discounts).

For orders below ₹1000, a flat ₹100 shipping charge is applicable.

Express shipping is available on request and is subject to availability. Charges for express shipping are not included in standard rates and will be communicated separately.

Processing Timelines:

Customized products (like nameplates): Delivered in 7 to 15 business days

Ready-to-ship products: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days

You’ll receive tracking details on your registered email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If the order is not received, it will be returned to us and the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping charges, if any).
