Return & Replacement Policy:
Since most of our products are handcrafted and customized, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is confirmed.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement:

Include your order ID and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
Send the email within 24 to 48 hours of delivery
We will verify your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Note: Personalized products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
